In Balochistan, like the rest of the country, the weather is hot and dry. According to the Meteorological Department, the daytime temperatures are expected to be 3 to 4 degrees higher over the next 3 to 4 days.
The weather in Balochistan remains extremely hot. In the past 24 hours, Sibi has been the hottest area with a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. In Dalbandin, Lasbela, Turbat, and Nokkundi, the temperature has reached 44 degrees Celsius. Other hot areas in the province include Dalbandin at 42 degrees, Panjgur and Barkhan at 41 degrees, and Khuzdar at 40 degrees Celsius.
With 90 percent humidity, Pasni on the Makran Coastal Belt was the hottest at 36 degrees, Gwadar and Jiwani were at 35 degrees, and Ormara recorded a temperature of 33 degrees Celsius.
In the northwest, Loralai had a temperature of 39 degrees, Zhob at 37 degrees, Pishin at 36 degrees, and Chaman and Quetta at 35 degrees Celsius.
In relatively cooler areas, Ziarat recorded a maximum temperature of 27 degrees and a minimum of 11 degrees during the day, while in Kalat, the maximum temperature was 31 degrees and the minimum was 18 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department states that daytime temperatures are expected to remain 3 to 4 degrees higher over the next 3 to 4 days. In the northeastern areas, including Sibi, Nasirabad, Jhal Magsi, Dera Bugti, and Kohlu, as well as in the southwestern areas including Kech, Washuk, Chagai, and Panjgur, dusty winds and extremely hot weather are expected.
The weather is expected to remain hot and dry in most parts of the province over the next 24 hours.
