Mid-Career Management Course for Civil Servants held in Quetta
Quetta, June 5, 2024: The Governor of Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail, addressed the participants of the Mid-Career Management Course at the Balochistan Civil Service Academy in Quetta today. Emphasizing the crucial role of civil servants and administrative officers, he called on them to perform their duties with a spirit of service and determination for the province’s development and the welfare of its people.
Governor Mandokhail underscored that civil servants are the backbone of the administration. “It is the officers who implement the policies formulated by the government,” he said. He expressed confidence that the officers completing the Mid-Career Management Course would enhance their professional skills, competence, and experience, thereby playing a more effective role in solving problems.
The Governor urged government officers to carry out their responsibilities without succumbing to any external pressures. He highlighted the importance of immediate action based on experience and capability to resolve issues, noting that delays only exacerbate challenges and problems.
