A public notice by the Election Commission has been issued for women and minority seats in Balochistan in the 2024 elections. According to the Media Coordination Election Commission Balochistan, the candidates will have to submit their preference list to the returning officers by December 22.
Nomination papers will be accepted from December 20. The list of nominated candidates will be published on December 23. Scrutiny of papers will be held from December 24 to 30.
Appeals can be filed against the decisions of the returning officers on the approval or rejection of nomination papers from January 3, 2024. Appeal authorities will give decisions on appeals by January 10. The revised list of candidates will be issued on January 11. The last date for withdrawal of nomination papers will be January 12.
